Ada Barlatt
- Hi there, my name is Ada! I'm an engineer, analytics expert, and the founder of the Happy Mindset app. Before creating Happy Mindset, I was an analytics consultant specializing in email marketing. However, after having my daughter, I decided to combine my engineering background with my enthusiasm for gratitude to create Happy Mindset. This app integrates gratitude into your digital calendar, making it easier to practice daily. I have experienced the profound benefits of a gratitude practice in my own life and have seen its positive impact on those around me. You can learn more about me on my LinkedIn account. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I’d love to hear from you, and I’ll personally read and respond to your message!
Anna
I like the relationships. I like learning from the ladies. I like being able to talk with everyone, one-on-one.
Kelly
The networking component is very important to me and that was my goal for this cohort. I feel like I accomplished that 10x over. It’s great for brainstorming.
Valerie
I liked the one-on-ones. That was a huge value add to the program. I loved getting to know everyone on a deeper level. Personally and professionally.
Cheryl
What worked really well was when everyone did their own teaching session. That was super fun. Super informative.
Leah
Making goals and having accountability toward implementing those goals was really helpful.
Clarice
I had a few lightbulb moments there that surprised me. And I’m not easily surprised. I was, like, Wow, I’m so glad to be here and to be listening and participating.
Yuval
I found value in connecting with other email marketing professionals because where I live and work, I don’t have others to talk about what I could be doing or should be doing.
Lidia
The mastermind allowed us to explore a lot of topics that are relevant. I’ve made some great connections with people. I connected with one of the members early on. It really is a friendship at this point.
Amanda
I like the “show and tell”. It’s a way for everyone to break out of their shell. Everybody found their passion project and was able to present it really well.
Jami
This experience has been essential for expanding my network and finding a supportive community, especially within the marketing automation field that I am passionate about. Thank you Jennifer Hageman, Emily McGuire, Kristin Bond, Michaela Barriga, Marina Febles, and Yanna-Torry Aspraki for sharing your insights on marketing strategies, campaign/journey performance analysis, IP warm-up processes, deliverability practices, ESPs, and so much more. Your insights have been incredibly valuable.
Special thanks to Joi Brooks for bringing us all together. This mastermind has boosted my confidence and provided me with lots of practical advice and new knowledge.
Thank you, Anna Levitin, for encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and participate in this.
Maria
Everyone doesn't do the same thing as I do, and it was very interesting to learn the different sides and have in depth conversations. Even when someone does the same job, they usually like different parts of it. It let's me see into their world. And being able to provide suggestions and contribute to the group made me feel good.
Jennifer
I really enjoyed the communal spirit and getting to know everybody.
Genna
I liked the shared experiences, that we asked questions, in a smaller group of women who understand email marketing. One time I remember I had an issue, and we all talked together. I liked that feedback.
